To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, live345 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise.
live345's aggregate liability to any Player for any direct loss arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the relevant claim.
live345 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. live345 will not be liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure events, internet outages, or third-party service provider failures.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. live345 does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
